About the Author
César Gamio
César is a leadership and workplace wellbeing expert whose career has sat at the intersection of technology, human performance and leadership.
He spent 15 years in the technology industry, holding senior executive roles in Europe and the Americas for two blue-chip technology companies. From that vantage point, he saw first-hand how technology was reshaping organisations and the way people worked.
After training under some of the leading authorities in wellbeing and mind-body medicine, César has spent the past decade travelling extensively, working with leaders and organisations on workplace wellbeing, leadership development, sustainable performance and psychological health and safety.
Based in England, he is an Adjunct Professor at IE Business School and the Founder and Managing Director of the Dharma Centre for Workplace Wellbeing, a British Standards Institution (BSI)-certified international consultancy that helps organisations align their practices with ISO 45003, the international standard for psychological health, safety and wellbeing at work.
