For over two decades, I have worked at the intersection of leadership, human performance and workplace wellbeing, helping leaders and organisations create environments where people can perform, adapt and thrive.
Much of my work now focuses on a question at the heart of Leading in the Modern World: as AI and technology become more capable, what does effective leadership require from us as human beings?
Through my work with leaders, organisations and international standards for psychological health and safety at work, I have seen both the opportunities created by technological progress and the very human challenges that accompany continuous change.
Leading in the Modern World brings those experiences together with research, practical leadership thinking and my own reflections on what it takes to lead people well in an AI-enabled workplace.
